In 1988, I began my career as an insurance claims adjuster. Eventually, I moved into management. My job was to make sure my company was profitable for our shareholders. We had experienced claim handlers and attorneys whose job it was to deny or undervalue cases. That was at the expense of the "little guy" who had no experience trying to get fair settlements. After graduating from Georgia State College of Law, I worked as an insurance defense attorney. By 2001, I was fed up with representing insurance companies, and became a plaintiff's attorney.
I'm now able to apply all of the knowledge I gained working for "the other guys", to getting my clients the best recovery possible. I have a unique and complete understanding of how your injury claim is being handled by the insurance companies. I understand, that is, how their entire business model is based upon preserving their profits by denying or under-valuing your claim. With the administrative support of my paralegals, I handle the management of your case from beginning to end. Your case won't ever be handled by a junior attorney.
Now with over sixteen years of hands on civil litigation experience, I'd be happy to help you recover for your injuries and loss. I have tried personal injury cases in the Superior, State and Magistrate Courts of the State of Georgia.
I look forward to working for you!
Regards,
Casey W. Stevens
