Cumming Accident Attorney
Accident & Injury Attorney Serving Cumming and Georgia
Casey W. Stevens Law: Alpharetta Personal Injury and Car Accident Lawyers focuses solely on personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice law. I’ve personally handled over a thousand cases while in private practice, in addition to the hundreds of cases I’ve handled earlier in my career. Although I get a good deal of cases from people who find me on the internet, I get most of my cases from prior clients and other attorneys. I’m proud of that.
I help victims of accidents throughout the entire state of Georgia, including Metro Atlanta, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Jasper, Ellijay, Cartersville and throughout Hall County and Forsyth County. From our office in Dawsonville Georgia, or from one of our offices in Atlanta, Woodstock, Alpharetta or Suwanee, I'd be happy to help you with your personal injury legal needs. If your injuries or work schedule prohibit you from driving to one of our metro Atlanta law offices, I’d be happy to meet with you at a location more convenient to you.
Free Consultations
I provide free consultations over the phone, and in person. I’ll evaluate your case, explain our case handling philosophy, and work with you from beginning to end to ensure you always have complete confidence in our work on your behalf. I work hard to make sure our clients are thoroughly informed and happy with my handling of their personal injury or wrongful death case. When you hire my firm to represent you, don’t worry about coming up with a monetary retainer for my services. I don’t charge my clients an hourly fee. In fact, I won’t charge you any attorney fees at all until your case is resolved. The payment for my services is a percentage my clients’ settlement or judgment, so you can be confident I will be putting all of my knowledge and effort to work for you!

My Background
My very first job out of college was that of an insurance claims adjuster. So my career path had begun. As naïve as I was back in my early twenties, and like many others, I thought insurance was something you paid for to protect you in case of an accident or illness. Later, firmly established on my insurance career path, I worked my way into management. My job performance was based upon how little I could manage to pay out in claims. My determination to change career paths went from a thought to a firm conviction. So I went to law school at night, while working full time. It was tough, but worth it. After graduating from Georgia State College of Law, and passing the Georgia State Bar, I worked as an insurance defense attorney. By 2001 it became clear to me that I'd rather be working on the side of the victims, rather than insurance companies. With all of the knowledge I had gained working for “the other side”, I opened my own plaintiff law practice. With the administrative support of my staff, I personally handle your case from beginning to end.
I look forward to working for you!
Regards,
Casey W. Stevens
